Biography

Aaron Borg is one of Australia's youngest and most determined drivers ready to
make the next step in his quest to race in Formula One. Whilst there are many race
drivers out there who want to race in Formula One, very few, if any, are as
committed and dedicated to achieving this goal as Aaron Borg.

His grit determination has been demonstrated since 1997 when Aaron had to have
open-heart surgery to remove a life-threatening blockage from within his heart.
Aaron's goal has always been to race in Formula One and it was this desire that got
him through this tremendous adversity.
Just one example of Aaron's commitment and desire was after his operation when
he could barely walk. After many attempts in trying to get Aaron to walk, Aaron's
parents, Martin & Lorraine, told him that he wouldn't be able to race in Go Karts
unless he started to walk. After saying this, Aaron immediately began trying to walk
again and after making great progress was able to walk out of the hospital only 2
weeks later. With this commitment and determination, Aaron presents himself as a
great candidate to become an ambassador for any company.

3 years later and after a few check-ups, Aaron was given the all-clear to race in Go
Karts. Just after his 10th Birthday, Aaron was given his first Go Kart and success
came almost immediately, finishing on the podium twice in only his first three race
meetings and recording his first victory after only 9. Now after 8 years of racing,
Aaron has achieved over 90 podium finishes including several wins in State and
National series'. From his successful Karting career, Aaron has now been offered a
drive to compete in an Open wheel racing category in the 2009 season.

At the age of 18, Aaron is constantly working on his fitness so that he is ready to
progress into open wheel racing when he is given the financial support to do so. He
trains 6 days a week, both physically and mentally. This intense program includes a
20-25km cycle, 3km run and a 2km swim. He also does weights, flexibility, core
strength and various mental exercises. This is yet another guarantee that Aaron will
always try 110% to improve himself both on and off the track, which will be helpful
for those around him.

On top of his racing success and fitness levels, Aaron is a smart kid and is currently
completing a Degree in Business, as these skills will help him to understand how to
run a race team and to deal with sponsorships in a professional manner. Aaron
works tirelessly on creating relationships with companies in order to develop future
sponsorship opportunities and has established a number of positive relationships
with many companies and well-known individuals throughout the motorsport
industry.

Aaron is a dedicated and committed young man who will do everything within his
power to perform the best he can and to work closely and efficiently with all those
around him.
